2 rounds per day starting 9.30 and 2.30 each day
Time Control: 1 hour 15 minutes plus 30 seconds per move.
FIDE rated. Players can get their first FIDE rating
Prizes
First £ 150, second £100 third £50
Junior and Rating prizes will be available depending on entries.

Jersey chess club members £20 non- members £25 juniors £5.

The Jersey International Chess Tournament 2026
A fantastic week of Chess. Congratulations to IM Wang Hao winner in the Open and Antoine Canonne winner in the Holiday. Full results in the Events tab, all prize details and photos will be updated shortly but special mention to John Briden for the "under 1500 Rating" award. The event will be held again next year running from 3 April.

Our club is open to beginners and experts, young and old so why not join us and improve your game? We currently hold our club nights in town at the Old Magistrate's Court in Seale Street, St Helier. The club is open every Tuesday from 7pm until end June 2026 (except for 24th February, 10th March, 14th April, 12th May and 9th June).
